FAQ’s
Frequently Asked Questions.
Not all appliances are repairable. Some appliances have reached the end of their useful life and repairs can cost more than the replacement value. Our experienced technicians can give you advice on this. Usually, getting a service call with Master Appliance Service is money well spent as it could be a simple fix such as a blockage or faulty electronic board. Repairing your appliance could save you hundreds or thousands of dollars compared to a new purchase.
As appliances get older it may become more difficult to get spare parts. We usually advise that it may not be possible to get spare parts for appliances over 10 years old. That said, not all faults require parts to be repaired and some manufacturers carry stock of parts for many years more than 10 years. Getting a service call with Master Appliance Service could get your old appliance working and save you hundreds or thousands of dollars compared to buying a new appliance.
